WHO MAY OBTAIN A FREE MOVE?

You must name ApartmentGurus.com on the Guest card and Rental Application.
Your rental rate must be at least $700.00 (if less than $700.00 you will be eligible for a reduced cash back rebate or a reduced moving credit/free move offer/free maid offer or credit.
You must not have learned of the property before using our service.
You must lease a property listed in our apartment-locating database or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents.
You must notify your agent prior to visiting communities so licensed agent may pre-register you if necessary.
You are only permitted one choice of the following GIFTS: a free move, a cash rebate, or free maid service.
You must not be moving from a sister property of your current residence.
You must have never before lived in the community where you lease.
You must not be transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same property.
You must sign at least a 12-month lease to be eligible for the free move, free maid, or rebate offer.
If the referral fee from the participating community is below our minimum requirements, then we reserve the right to offer a reduced cash rebate or a reduced move or maid credit offer in place of our full free maid, move, full rebate offer.
You must agree to the terms and conditions on the Free GIFT Page, specifically our terms and conditions for "FREE MOVE" “FREE MAID” and "Disclaimer/Waiver."

INCLUDED IN MOVE
The moving company and you must schedule the move. Because we operate in different markets, the included items differ market to market. Please confirm with the moving company what will be included in the move when you schedule your move. ApartmentGurus only allows credit per hour for the Free Move offer. You will have to communicate directly with moving company on extra charges and special items.

Your free move is based on a special hourly rate. Special items, unusual circumstances, and difficult locations may incur additional fees from the moving company. For informational purposes only, this is what is typically is included in the FREE move credit:

*Client is responsible for removing all items marked below from furniture; movers will only move when items are removed from furniture and items are boxed and ready to be moved. Movers will not pack your items unless you pre-order this service.

SERVICE AREAS
Apartment Gurus, LLC serves the Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth service areas.
This GIFT is not available outside of our service areas.
If you have a long distance walk from the truck location to your apartment in excess of 75 feet there may be an extra charge per foot.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION
If client chooses to reschedule or cancel the move on the day of the move there is a $50 reschedule/cancellation fee. Reschedules/cancellations require 24 hours notice in advance to avoid additional fees.

MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
Extra charge per pick/up drop off locations.
Extra charge for each location above the second floor.
Any item(s) that require going over balconies or through windows will require extra charges.

SPECIAL HANDLING:
Items must be limited to what two people can carry safely.
All items should be disconnected and ready to move.
Moving team can provide disconnect items for an additional fee.
Extra fees per hour fee for any wait time (i.e., waiting for customer to sign your lease, get keys, or to arrive at a pick up or drop off location)
