Maid Service Terms & Conditions

Maid Service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• You must name ApartmentGurus.com on the Guest card and Rental Application.
• Your rental rate must be at least $700.00 (if less than $700.00 you will be eligible for a reduced cash back rebate or a reduced maid/moving credit).
• You must not have learned of the property before using our service.
• You must lease a property listed in our apartment-locating database or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents.
• You must notify your agent prior to visiting communities so licensed agent may pre-register you if necessary.
• You are only permitted either a free move, a cash rebate, or free maid service per apartment.
• You must not be moving from a sister property.
• You must have never before lived in the community where you lease.
• You must not be transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same property.
• You must sign at least a 12-month lease to be eligible for the free move, free maid, or rebate offer.
• If the referral fee from the participating community is below our minimum requirements, then we reserve the right to offer a reduced cash rebate or a reduced move credit/maid credit in place of our full free move/free maid/full rebate offer.
• You must agree to the terms and conditions on the Free GIFT Page, specifically our terms and conditions for "FREE MOVE" “FREE maid” and "Disclaimer" pages.
• Maid credit is permitted 1 hours on a 1 bedroom, 2 hours on a 2 bedroom, and 3 hours for a 3 bedroom maximum.
• Client is responsible to the 3rd party for any extra charges after credits from ApartmentGurus is applied.
• It is highly recommended that you schedule your maid service early.  Schedules are set based on first come; first serve, in the order of received client move requests.
• maid service is not available on the apartment you moved out of after your lease is expired.  You must still be in the lease when the service is performed.
• You must agree to the waiver form online.
• Customer acknowledges that ApartmentGurus.com will hire an independent contractor to perform the maid services for customer and that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between ApartmentGurus.com and the independent contractor is created.
• Customer acknowledges that ApartmentGurus.com is not a maid or maid service company and is not required to carry insurance for maid/maid service.
• The customer assumes the entire risk related to using ApartmentGurus.com to facilitate a free maid service. ApartmentGurus.com disclaims any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will ApartmentGurus.com be liable to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, lost profit, costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Losses"), resulting in any manner, directly or indirectly, from a free maid service arranged by ApartmentGurus.com for customer.
