Earn a $50 referal fee for every person you refer to us here who signs a lease and lists Apartment Gurus as their referral source!
The referral must lease at a property which offers commission pursuant to the disclaimer below.
*1. Referral must not have visited the property prior to registering.
2. Referral must lease a property listed in our apartment locating database or a property referred to you by one of our licensed agents.
3. Referral must list ApartmentGurus on the Guest Card and Rental Application. This MUST be done.
4. Referral must not be moving from a sister property.
5. Referral must not be transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same property.
6. Referral must sign at least a 6-month lease to be eligible for any rebate incentive.
7. If the referral fee from the participating community is below our minimum requirements, we reserve the right to offer a reduced cash back rebate.
8. Referral must not break your lease.
9. Referral must stay current on your rent.
10. Rental rate must be at least $500.00
